As it became known, the world premiere of the new hypercar Bugatti Centodieci took place at the Elegance Show in Pebble Beach (California). The novelty was developed based on the classic model EB110 SS, released in 1991, but with innovations and modern requirements. The model name is translated from Italian as "110". It was not invented in vain, since it was these days that the founder of the company Ettore Bugatti would have been 110 years old.
The new Bugatti one hundred and ten got a completely new, original body. Similar to the EB110 SS in the horseshoe-shaped front grille, although slightly smaller than the original. There are also similarities in the bumper slots and the 5 round air intakes behind the side windows. Behind the new Bugatti Centodieci has got three-dimensional feet, as well as shifted to the center of the twin tailpipes of the exhaust system.
The rear of the hypercar was decorated with an adjustable wing, which was also in the original model. Another additional detail is the transparent insert on the hood of the Bugatti one hundred and ten. Under it, engineers hid a W16 turbocharged engine with a volume of 8.0 liters from the previously known Bugatti Chiron. The power of the unit was increased from 1500 to 1600 horses. If we talk about the EB110 SS, then it was equipped with a V12 engine with a volume of 3.5 liters, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The dynamic characteristics of the Bugatti one hundred and ten have improved, now the first hundred on the speedometer the hypercar can accelerate in 2.4 seconds, and 200 km / h in 13.1 seconds. As for the maximum speed, this time the engineers limited it electronically to 380 km / h.
At the premiere, a one hundred and ten white Bugatti hypercar was presented, although according to the manufacturer, the car can be painted in any color, including combined options. The main and loudest nuance is that the circulation of hypercars will be limited to 10 copies. The cost of each is from 8.9 million US dollars. There are already several pre-orders. The assembly is only hand-made, and the first deliveries are expected in 2021.
